I know it's been kind of quiet the past few weeks on here, and I hope you'll forgive me. Today I'm going to share about something special to me: people/ children younger or older than me(and you).
You know the verse:
"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."
1 Timothy 4:12
You may even strive to live by it! But have you ever thought about how it can be the other way around too?
Maybe that fifth grader is trying to live for Christ, and needs an example to look up to.
Maybe that teenager wants someone to help them seek God; a mentor.
Maybe that senior adult just wants to be able to sit down with someone and share wisdom they've acquired.
Don't let an age gap keep you from ministering to others.
Jesus didn't let that hinder Him!
"Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.'"
No matter the age, Jesus reaches out to everyone, and we should too!
Become more like Christ by ministering like Him.
