In the darks corners of our minds, we harbor doubts, fears, and problems.
In our thoughts, we toss around possible experiences, and can't sleep because we fear an outcome that is less than perfect.
Staying on one side of the curtain, we feel like God is distant, when we are the one who has run from Him.
We have a love-hate relationship with our thoughts, and can't stop worrying about the future.
Our minds become a tangled mess, and we can't see anyway out of the web of fear we have woven for ourselves.
We cry out. Is there any way to let go of the fears we hold?
There is a Way.
There is Hope.
The curtain is torn. He is here.
The King is here, but are we missing Him?
Light floods in from the tear in the curtain, yet we scramble for the shadows, ashamed of what we have done, and the doubts we think of.
A hand reaches down to raise us to our feet. He reaches into the depths of our hearts, and calls us by name. He offers us freedom from our fears, but do we give them to Him?
Let's take our fears out of the dark, and in the light of His glory let them fade away.
Let them fade away.
